Privacy Policy for Upkeep

Upkeep ("the App") is provided by CJ Meridian LLC ("we", "us"). The App helps you track due dates for renewals, bills, cards, insurance, and documents. This policy explains what data the App does and does not handle.

Information You Store in the App

All reminders you create — names, due dates, categories, notes — are stored only on your device. We do not upload, transmit, or have access to this data. It is never sent to us or any server. Deleting the App removes this data.

Notifications

The App schedules local notifications on your device to remind you before due dates. These are generated on-device and are not sent through our servers.

Purchases (Upkeep Pro)

Upkeep offers optional paid subscriptions and a one-time purchase ("Upkeep Pro"). To process and manage these, we use:

• Apple In-App Purchase — Apple handles all payment. We never receive your payment card or billing details.
• RevenueCat — our subscription infrastructure provider. When you make or restore a purchase, RevenueCat processes your purchase history, a randomly generated app-user identifier, and basic device/OS information to verify and manage your subscription status. What We Do Not Do

• No user accounts or sign-in
• No advertising
• No analytics or behavioral tracking
• We do not sell or share your data with anyone, except the purchase processors named above

Data Retention

On-device data stays until you delete it or uninstall the App. Purchase records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to manage your subscription.

Children's Privacy

The App is rated 4+ and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
